Item not recieved

Sadly the item was not received. My post on the company facebook page was still pending, I have emailed and no response to my email. Posted on another site, where I removed my post and wanted to handle this in a different manner, but still not had the item or refund. I've not had a problem in the past, all being a very long time ago, but still didn't expect to be ghosted as I have done.

Book bag purchased to see my little through her first year at big girl school and she adores it! Ordered the yellow and it’s a lovely and bright yellow! Brilliant quality, very hardwearing, trust me it’s been dragged across the playground the last six months!
