Returns

REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

We are a B2B store and we only accept refunds/returns for damaged and faulty items.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at lovelyswholesale@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you are required to return the item at your own cost. For whatever reason, where you have received the goods you must return the goods to us (together with the original packaging) within the 7 days at your cost.

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at lovelyswholesale@yahoo.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon recieving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Please do this within 5 days of receiving your items otherwise you give up the right for a refund/exchange.We cannot except refunds for any product that has been personalised.We also will not except refunds for any products that have been damaged due to personalisation.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Cancellations  

Once you have placed an order unfortunately this order cannot be cancelled.If you would like to add to your order please contact us at lovelyswholesale@yahoo.com and we will see if this is possible dependant on stock or if your order has been despatched or not.If you place an order and there is an error with the price we will contact you ASAP if the order has not been dispatched we will cancel the order and issue you a refund.we reserve the right to change pricing,information and descriptions of our products.
