Not recd horrible customer service

Pity I can’t give a good review about this person. Never sent right order my order was worth 275.00 and sent good worth 30.00 which were cheap and nasty. Sent them back which I had to pay for and never got money back. Then blocked on social media and never answered emails. Had to get PayPal and my card holder involve to get my money back. Not a sorry or anything. Customer service is rubbish would never recommend this supplier to anyone Never ask if you parcel has been sent as this is what happens. I had to find the money to buy else were as I didn’t want to let my customers down not like this supplier. I ordered on the 9th January finally got money back In the 4th February. Good service or what
